The total planned area was 311.6 square kilometers, of which 45% was reclaimed land. After the application of our core techniques in the Landscape Avenue Phase I of Lin-gang Special Area, users reported that compared with other optimal schemes, the cost was saved by 360 million yuan, and the project has been in good use so far. Our techniques would continue to be used in the Phase II-V, and also in key projects such as Shanghai Caojing Chemical Park.

The sludge in the south section of Qínglv North Road of Zhuhai Landscape Avenue was 26m deep. After the treatment of our patent techniques, the whole line was excavated without support, and the post construction settlement was less than 30 cm. It won the National Municipal Gold Award.

The original bidding price was 213 million yuan, and only 36 million yuan was needed to adopt our method. At present, three projects have been successfully completed in the region, saving tens of thousands of tons of cement and reducing hundreds of thousands of tons of carbon dioxide.

The Phase I-III road project covers an area of about 780000 m2. According to user feedback, the cement consumption was saved by about 234,000 tons, which was equivalent to reducing 229,300 tons of CO₂ emission. Our method was widely used in the subsequent projects in Dafeng, Haimen and other development zones.

The municipal road project in Anhui Industrial Concentration Area, with a construction area of more than 2.5 million m², used the HVDM technique and the low-level high vacuum layered preloading compaction method. After construction, the characteristic value of ground bearing capacity was not less than 120kPa and the modulus of resilience was not less than 30MPa, meeting the design requirements.

After 30 days of HVDM construction, the bearing capacity of the municipal road in Qinzhou Bonded Port Area (10 square kilometers) of Guangxi Beibu Gulf, a national key development zone, increased from 40-50kPa to 160kpa. Our techniques would continue to be used in the sewage treatment plant.

Expressway Ground Improvement in Malaysia, the project owner is the National Public Works Department of Malaysia (JKR), with the project in JALAN AIR KUNING KE KAMPUNG GAJAH, PERAK

Located 30km west of Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, It was treated by low-level high vacuum layered preloading compaction method. The fixed latitude of soft soil reached more than 90%, meeting the requirements of bearing capacity and post construction settlement of the project.

The North-South Expressway project covers a total area of 20 hectares and is a national key project of Vietnam. It runs from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi with a total length of 2,000 kilometers. It was the first time that the vacuum preloading method was applied to expressway project and has achieved remarkable achievements. The construction speed, cost and quality indicators are far superior to those of Japanese and Thai companies with the same project. Our method has been highly praised by the Ministry of Transportation of Vietnam and vigorously promoted in the subsequent expressway projects.
