Shanghai Yangshan Deepwater Port had a reclamation area of 1.7 square kilometers. It was the first project using two-point vibroflotation without filler, and the first one using two-point vibroflotation recorder to ensure quality.

Phase II-VII of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Port Area, due to the advantages of our core techniques in cost, construction period, controllable quality, environmental protection and zero emission, had a soft ground treatment area of millions of square meters. The Phase IV Project won Luban Award.

Ningbo Beilun Port Phase III road and storage yard (460,000 square meters) were not available for walking on the newly blown fly ash ground. After treated by the fast HVDM technique for about 30 days, the characteristic value of bearing capacity has been rapidly increased from fak-0kpa to 120kPa. Coal Wharf Phase IV-V of Meishan Port would continue to use the core technique.

HVDM was adopted in steel storage yard and track soft ground, overcoming the problems of pile lateral displacement caused by negative friction and uneven stacking load of the original pile foundation, and greatly saves the project cost.

Phase II~Phase IV of Changshu Port, Jiangsu
The Project was about 4 hectares and located in the south of Sumatra Isalnd. Both vibro-compaction and vibro-replacement methods are used in this project. For vibro-replacement, gravels are backfilled to form ∅800mm (gravel) piles with 24m depth. The improvment fulfilled the requirments of engineering bearing capacity and post-construction settlment.

According to the land reclamation plan of 60 square kilometers in Singapore in 2020, Geoharbour core technology was adopted to change the original purchased sand to seabed sludge for reclamation with vacuum technology, thus greatly saving resources, cost, time and realizing environmental protection. 60 million RMB has been invested in research and data collection.
